Welcome. I'm François Savin, a private chef. As your personal chef, I come to your residence to cook a bespoke menu, built around your guests, the season and the morning market. The cooking is Provençal, built on classical French technique, rooted in Provence and the Riviera, with Mediterranean accents, and every dinner is arranged directly with me. In Monaco I cook for private tables across the Principality, from an apartment overlooking Port Hercule to a penthouse in Mareterra or a residence in La Condamine.

Intimate dinners of four to eight are my favourite, but I regularly cook for parties of up to thirty in a private residence, and larger events in residences and villas with a sous-chef and service team.
Yes, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal and individual allergies are all built into the menu from the start. Please share details when you enquire.
As early as possible, these weeks fill up months in advance. For everything else, a few weeks’ notice is usually enough.
