By private quote, calibrated to the menu, the number of guests and the venue. You receive one clear figure for the service, with the groceries at cost, fully transparent. Once agreed, nothing is added.
Earlier is safer: last summer I had to turn down around thirty dinners for lack of availability. For peak dates, write as soon as you know. But do ask even last-minute, I often keep room, and I reply to you personally, fast.
Yes, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal and individual allergies are built into the menu from the start.
