Welcome. I'm François Savin, a private chef. As your personal chef, I come to your villa or home to cook a bespoke menu, built around your guests, the season and the morning market. The cooking is refined Provençal and French, with a discreet Southeast Asian touch, and every dinner is arranged directly with me. In Antibes I cook from a villa hidden behind the Cap d'Antibes pines to an apartment in Juan-les-Pins or the old town, in the soft marine light of this coastline.

Antibes is the quiet heart of the Riviera. Most of my work here is unhurried, long evenings on the terrace, weddings on the Cap, residential weeks where each day’s menu unfolds against the morning market.
