The chef
I am a Provençal private chef, cooking across the Côte d’Azur. I have been cooking professionally for twenty years and working as an independent private chef since 2016.
Training
I trained at the Lycée Raymond Mondon in Metz, graduating in 2005, and went on to work alongside seven Michelin-starred chefs, at Restaurant Georges Blanc (3 stars), Château Saint-Martin in Vence (2 stars, alongside chef Yannick Franques) and Les Sources de Caudalie.
Those years taught me the precision of classical French cooking, the discipline of stock, sauce, butchery and pastry, and the way a kitchen brigade thinks under pressure. That is still the spine of what I do.
Travel
My cooking is, above all, Provençal, the cuisine of the sun, rooted in Provence and the Riviera: market produce, olive oil, fresh herbs, classical sauces and technique. On occasion a discreet accent slips in, a personal nod to my wife’s Thai heritage, always in service of a dish that stays unmistakably Provençal.
Two coasts, one year
I split my year between the French Riviera, from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, and Dubai, where I spend the winter season with an international clientele.
The Côte d’Azur stays the home base and the heart of the offer on this site. Bookings outside the Riviera are taken on request.
Independent since 2016
I have been working as an independent private chef on the Côte d’Azur since 2016. Most of my work is private, villas, residences and private events; intimate dinners and multi-day stays. For larger weddings and events, please get in touch directly.
